In the twenty first century decade organization, have a direct impact on low productivity. Besides, diversity leads to ambiguity, disagreement on specific action and over complexity in the workforce. As a result, there is tension that is related to cultural diversity, which frustrates managers and cause lack of preparedness to deal with the sensitivity of cultural differences.
